The 80 percent AR15 lower is included in the AR15 Rifle Build Kit (not supplied). Features of a 16″ M4 5.56 carbine-length gas upper Charger handle, bolt carrier group, lower parts kit, and Magpul stock are all included with the Magpul MOE FDE Handguards.
